  • Kirsten Kumschlies, University of Oldenburg

    Dr. phil., Lecturer (LfbA) and Research Assistant for Literature and Media and media didactics/children's and youth literature research at the Institute for German Studies at the Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg. She is in charge of www.kinderundjugendmedien.de the area of reviews of children's and youth literature. Studied German language and literature, Protestant theology, education and primary school pedagogy at the University of Hamburg. Doctorate in 2007 in the didactics of children's literature. She completed the second state examination for teaching at primary and lower secondary level in Bremen. She taught at schools in Hamburg, Bremen and Madrid.
